Little Bird by Chemistry is our in-house collection of fine jewelry: warm yellow gold, beautiful diamonds and the kind of pieces that quietly become part of you.

If VESPER is diamonds with a little grit, Little Bird is something softer.

Gold that warms against the skin. Diamonds that catch the light without demanding the room. Jewelry that feels special enough to mark something important, and also easy enough to wear on an entirely ordinary Tuesday.

Our newest Little Bird collection brings together an array of new yellow gold pieces set (by demand!) with lab-grown diamonds, expanding the original collection while staying true to what Little Bird has always been about:

Why Little Bird?

Little Bird grew out of a simple idea: sometimes the piece we’re looking for doesn’t exist in our handmade artisan jewelry world!

After years of curating the work of independent jewelry artists at Chemistry, there were still certain things we wanted in our own jewelry boxes - beautifully made fine jewelry with great proportions, thoughtful details and an ease that made us want to put it on every morning.

So we curated it, or we designed and had it made with the help of our jewelry friends. Little Bird is our answer to the classic timeless pieces you never want to take off.

The diamond necklace that somehow works with everything. The gold bangle that starts alone and eventually gets company. The earrings you put on without looking in the mirror. The piece you buy for yourself, wear for twenty years, and someday realize has become an heirloom.

Nothing too precious (except, of course, that it is).

Made to Collect

Little Bird isn’t about buying a matching set. It’s about building a jewelry box over time. Add a diamond band to something you’ve worn for years. Layer a new necklace with the one your grandmother gave you. Mix lab diamonds with natural diamonds, old gold with new.

And now, Little Bird has a darker sister.

The adorable vesper sparrow gave us the unexpected thread connecting our two in-house collections: Little Bird and VESPER.

One lives in warm gold and bright diamonds. The other in darkened metals, champagne diamonds and shadow.

But they were never meant to live separately.
