Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with love, and our artists take great pride in their work. If your item needs repair, we’re here to help!

To begin the process, please email a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue to shop@chemistryjewelry.com so we can assess the best course of action.

In most cases, repairs are sent back to the original artist for restoration. This process typically takes 2–10 weeks, depending on the artist’s availability and the nature of the repair. A minimal repair fee may apply, as determined by the artist.

Once you’ve contacted us, please ship your item to the address below and include your packing slip or a note with your name, contact information, and order number (if available). We will notify you as soon as we receive your item.

Please allow 5–7 business days for our team to provide you with a quote and an estimated timeline.

Important: Do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the package.
