If for any reason you’d like to return your item, we’re happy to help. Please follow the steps below:

• Returns must be pre-paid and insured. (We cannot accept COD shipments.)
• Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.
• Your return must be received within 10 days of the delivery date.

Returns that meet these criteria will be refunded in full, minus original shipping charges and any resizing fees. Please include your full contact information inside the package, along with the reason for return.

Ring Resizing

We offer complimentary resizing for rings purchased from us, when possible, within three months of purchase. Please note: If you request a refund after a complimentary resizing, the cost of the resize will be deducted from the refund amount, as we do incur costs for this service.

Sale Items

Jewelry purchased during a sale, if eligible, may be returned within 10 days for exchange or store credit only.

Return Processing

We process returns within 48 hours of receipt and will email you a confirmation once completed.

In-Person Returns

Items purchased online may also be returned in person at our Hood River location within 10 days.

Extended Holiday Returns

Items purchased in December may be returned for store credit or refund until January 10th of the following year.

After January 10th, returns will be eligible for store credit only (minus shipping fees).
