We’re happy to special order an item in your preferred size or length whenever possible. To arrange a special order from one of our talented artists, email us at shop@chemistryjewelry.com or call or text our gallery at (541) 386-7069 during business hours. If we miss you, leave us a message and our team will get back to you as soon as we can.

We always do our best to offer competitive pricing. Because metals and other jewelry materials are commodities, their costs do fluctuate. If pricing has changed since an item was originally made or listed, we’ll confirm the current price with you before your special order is placed.

A special order is an item made or ordered especially for you. This might be a bracelet or necklace made in a custom length, or a ring recreated in your size. It can also be a piece we’ve ordered specifically for you that isn’t part of our regular collection.

Because special orders are created or sourced specifically for you, they are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
